In lieu of a Bachelor’s essay, I created a TED Talk-style presentation. My goal with this project was to provide clarity to industry leaders about navigating next steps after success (or defeat) using real-world examples. I provide context from both popular media and academic research. The intention of my research is beginning conversations about how we can spur non-linear growth academically, professionally, or in everyday life— even when the future seems unclear.
